Stuffed Green Pepper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 green peppers
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. onion
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1 lb. ground meat
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 to 2 c. cooked rice
    salt and freshly ground pepper
    1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
    2 cans beef consomme (Campbell's)
Preparation
    Cut peppers in half and remove seeds.
    In skillet, heat oil. Add onion and garlic.
    Add meat and stir until brown.
    Stir in remaining ingredients except tomato sauce and beef consomme.
    Cool a little and stuff peppers.
    Place peppers in greased baking dish and pour tomato sauce around.
    Pour one can beef consomme on and around peppers.
    Use other can to pour while cooking to prevent drying.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
