Strawberry Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
    1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped
    fresh strawberries for garnish
Preparation
    Combine the egg whites, sugar, salt, lemon juice and thawed strawberries in a large bowl.
    Beat on high for 10 minutes.
    Pour into a serving bowl and freeze (covered with Saran Wrap).
