Ingredients

2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 c. finely ground almonds
1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. Oriental seasoning mix
1/4 c. honey mustard
2 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. orange juice
peanut oil (for frying)
Preparation

In a shallow dish mix together vegetable oil, lemon juice and soy sauce.
Add chicken.
Toss to coat.
Marinate 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
