Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh corn, cut from cob
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 to 3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Combine corn, flour, sugar and salt; stir well. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well; stir into corn mixture.
Pour into lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring twice during first 30 minutes.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
