Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat (1-inch cubes)
    1 onion, sliced
    4 to 6 pieces celery, cut in chunks
    4 to 6 carrots, cut in chunks
    2 large potatoes, cut in chunks
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. mini tapioca
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and bake in large roaster for five hours at 250\u00b0.
