Ingredients

4 potatoes
1/2 c. liquid Butter Buds
lite salt to taste
Pam spray
Preparation

Cut potatoes into strips.
Arrange on Teflon baking sheet after dipping each strip into liquid Butter Buds or brushing Butter Buds on potatoes.
Optional seasoning to use is garlic, onion or chili powder instead of salt.
Sprinkle to taste.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Turn; bake 15 to 20 minutes more.
Yields 4 to 6 servings.
