Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups sugar or 36 packs of Sweet Thing sweetener
    1 cup raisins
    1 - 15 oz. box Raisin Bran
    5 cups plain flour
    2 Tsp. salt
    2 cups chopped nuts
    1 quart buttermilk
    4 eggs
    1 cup oil
    1 cup applesauce
Preparation
    Mix all together in a large bowl. This dough will keep in the refrigerator up to 5 or 6 weeks in a tightly covered bowl. Bake them as you need them. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 50 muffins.
