Gala Pecan Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 small jar dried beef, cut in pieces
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. margarine
Preparation

Mix softened cheese with milk.
Stir in beef, green pepper, onion and seasonings.
Mix well.
Fold in sour cream.
Spoon into glass dish with cover.
Crisp pecans in margarine and salt on medium heat for 1 minute.
Sprinkle pecans on top of spread.
Heat for 5 minutes on medium high.
Serve with party rye.
