Chicken Rice Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 chicken, boned and cut-up
1 c. rice (raw)
2 qt. water
salt
pepper
onion
carrots
egg
flour
celery
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Strain and put broth into deep pan.
To make noodles, use 1 egg and flour to make drops that you can handle.
Drop the egg mixture into the boiling broth.
