Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. unsifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. Hellmann's mayo
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
2 c. carrots, coarsely shredded
3/4 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation

Grease and flour an 11 x 18-inch pan.
In a bowl, stir together first five ingredients; set aside.
In a large bowl, beat at medium speed the next four ingredients until well blended. Gradually add flour mixture.
With spoon stir in carrots and walnuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool.
Top with cream cheese icing.
