Hot Chicken Salad Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped chicken
1 c. sliced almonds
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 c. mayonnaise
2 cans cream of chicken soup or mushroom soup
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 c. Ritz crackers
Preparation

Mix together chicken, almonds, celery, onion, chicken broth, mayonnaise, soup, lemon juice, pepper and seasoned salt.
Pour in pan.
Top with crackers.
Sprinkle with 1 stick melted margarine. Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly and light brown.
