Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 lb. pecan halves
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cold water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat egg white and water until frothy.
    Add pecans and mix until all nuts are coated.
    Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl.
    Add nuts and coat thoroughly.
    Place on buttered jelly roll pan or cookie sheet (I use Pam first).
    Bake at 225\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Yields 1 pound.
    Good for munching anytime.
