Mandarin Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can mandarin oranges
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Dissolve 1 package Jell-O in 3/4 cup hot water. Add 1 cup juice from oranges. Add water to make 1 cup if needed.
    Pour into dish and add oranges.
    Let congeal.
    Heat milk and sugar. Dissolve the second box of Jell-O in 3/4 cup hot water.
    Add to milk mixture.
    Add sour cream.
    Mix until smooth.
    Pour over congealed Jell-O.
