Pork Chop Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    2 to 3 potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 bell pepper, cut up or sliced
    1 large can tomatoes
Preparation
    Flour pork chops on both sides.
    Fry in oil until brown on both sides.
    Remove pork chops and drain grease.
    Put pork chops back into skillet and add potatoes, onion, bell pepper and tomatoes.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Cover and cook for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
    Serves 6.
