Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    2 lb. yellow squash, sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. finely chopped bell pepper
    1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    2 large eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil. Add squash, onion and bell pepper; cook 8 to 10 minutes or until tender. Drain well. Stir in mayonnaise and next 5 ingredients; pour into a lightly greased deep 2-quart casserole. Combine bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
