Roquefort, Potato, And Mushroom Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    10 Tbsp. cold unsalted butter
    1 egg yolk
    4 Tbsp. cold milk
Preparation
    To prepare pastry, combine flour and salt. With fingertips or pastry blender, cut in the butter until crumbly. Add egg yolk and milk. Form pastry into 2 flat disks, one slightly larger than the other. Wrap each in plastic and refrigerate.
