Chicken Fayette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. medium chopped red or Creole onions
    1/2 c. thinly sliced (1/8-inch) fresh mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. canola oil
    1 lb. fresh peeled crawfish tails
    3 heaping Tbsp. white flour
    1/4 c. finely chopped green onion tops
    2 c. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. Butter Buds
    season to taste
