Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. ground beef
    1 clove garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. salt, divided
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes, divided
    2 small cans tomato paste
    1 can water
    1/2 pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked
    2 eggs
    3 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Mix together the ground beef, garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon parsley flakes, tomato paste and water; simmer for 45 minutes.
    Mix together the eggs, cottage cheese, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon parsley flakes and Parmesan cheese.
    Place in layers: noodles, cottage cheese mixture, Mozzarella cheese and sauce.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
