Cucumber Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cucumbers
    4 bunches celery
    4 green peppers
    2 red hot peppers
    6 large onions
    1 gal. vinegar
    6 lb. brown sugar
    1/2 c. salt
    2 oz. mustard seed
    2 lb. cornstarch
Preparation
    Put through
    food
    chopper
    enough cucumbers to make 16 cups. Also 4
    bunches
    celery,
    4
    green\tpeppers,
    2 red hot peppers and 6
    large
    onions.
    In saucepan, put 1 gallon vinegar, 6 pounds brown
    sugar
    and
    1/2
    cup
    salt.\tUse 2 ounces mustard seed in cheesecloth
    bag.
    Add 2 pounds cornstarch to thicken vinegar. Add all the vegetables and cook slowly until done.\tSeal while hot.
