Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans chunk pineapple, drained
2 C mild cheddar cheese
1 C sugar
6 Tbsp flour
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation

Combine pineapple, cheese, flour and sugar. Stir well. Pour into casserole dish. Mix crackers with margarine. Spread over pineapple mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
