Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) cornbread mix
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. small curd cottage cheese
    1 stick margarine
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt margarine and pour into eggs.
    Beat this and add cottage cheese.
    Add cornbread mix, broccoli and onion.
    Pour into a greased skillet and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    This can be baked in a 9 x 13-inch pan instead of a skillet.
    Freezes well.
