Butterscotch Nut Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. margarine or butter
1 c. butterscotch morsels
1/2 c. light corn syrup
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1 Tbsp. water
1 (12 oz.) can mixed nuts
Preparation

In medium bowl, combine flour and brown sugar.
Cut in butter with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Press into greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
Combine butterscotch chips, corn syrup, margarine and water in heavy saucepan.
Heat and stir over medium heat until smooth.
Stir in nuts; spread over crust.
Bake again at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Cool; cut into bars.
