Ingredients

3/4 c. seeded and ground green peppers
1/2 c. seeded and ground jalapeno chiles
6 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 (6 oz.) bottle liquid pectin
green food coloring
Preparation

Mix green peppers, chiles, sugar and vinegar and bring to rolling boil.
Boil 1 minute.
Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
Add pectin and 4 or 5 drops food coloring.
Mix well. Strain into hot sterilized jars and seal.
Makes about 6 (half pints).
