New Year'S Day Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked dry black-eyed peas
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 1/2 jars Old El Paso salsa
    1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    2 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1 large bag \"dip style\" Fritos corn chips
Preparation
    In a 2-quart casserole dish, put black-eyed peas (you may use leftover ones) that have been mashed.
    Layer onions, salsa and cheeses.
    (This works better in a shallow dish.) Place in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven for 25 minutes.
    Serve at room temperature with chips.
