Ground Beef And Hot Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
    3 c. sliced potatoes
    1 can tomato juice or soup
    1/2 lb. hot sausage
    3 medium carrots
    2 chopped onions
Preparation
    Saute meat in skillet.
    Place in well-greased casserole dish. Arrange the remaining ingredients in layers in order given. Season each layer to taste.
    Cover with juice or soup; add water to cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Serves 5.
