Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    rice
    2 to 3 Tbsp. Pompeian olive oil
    2 c. diced chicken, beef or pork
    Accent
    6 green onions, chopped
    1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 can bamboo shoots
    1 c. celery
    broccoli, carrots and snow peas (optional)
    salt and pepper
    soy sauce
Preparation
    Cook rice and set
    aside.
    In hot wok put olive oil and meat. Shake on
    Accent
    and
    stir-fry
    until done and lightly browned. Add rest
    of
    ingredients
    and season to taste.
    Add rice and soy sauce as
    much
    as desired and toss.
    One may add cornstarch thickening
    if
    desired.
    Vegetables
    should be hot through and crunchy.
    Use Pompeian olive oil.
