Low-Calorie Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    3/4 c. yogurt
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. olive oil or peanut oil
    1 small clove garlic, peeled
    salt and white pepper to taste
    juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in food processor or blender or beat with blending fork at high speed until mixture is light and smooth. Taste; adjust seasoning.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Makes about 2 3/4 cups mayonnaise.
