Stuffed Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 eggplant
    green onions, finely chopped
    1 white or yellow onion, chopped
    1 clove fresh garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil water.
    Wash eggplant and split lengthwise.
    Place eggplant (face down) in boiling water.
    Cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove eggplant from water and let it cool, face up.
    Add ground beef to skillet with a little water and cover; scramble periodically.
    When water is absorbed and ground beef is frying, add onions and garlic.
    Mix well.
