Cheese Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. shredded American cheese
    1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimentos, drained
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in top of a double boiler.
    Place over boiling water and cook, stirring constantly for 13 to 15 minutes or until thickened.
    Remove from heat; stir in Cheddar and American cheese and pimento.
    Line a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan with foil.
    Grease foil.
    Spoon mixture evenly into pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Cover with foil for last 15 minutes.
    Let stand in pan until cool.
    Remove from pan.
    Cut into 1/2-inch slices.
