Congo Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 box brown sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. pecans
    1 (6 oz.) chocolate chips
    1 box coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all these ingredients together (mixture will be thick). Spread into well-greased long and deep cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let cool and slice into bars.
