Potato Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns, partly thawed
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. melted margarine
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
ham or chicken cubes (may be added)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a
large
bowl.\tPour into a 9 x 13-inch
pan
or
broiler pan.
Cover with topping and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
