2 c. (1 pt.) vanilla ice cream (somewhat softened)
Preparation

Beat 2 ingredients until smooth, then spoon into thoroughly greased muffin tins each about 3/4 full.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
