Frances' Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 pkg. grated Mozzarella cheese
    8 oz. lasagna noodles
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can whole tomatoes
    1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat, then add the next 3 ingredients.
    Cover; cook for 40 minutes over low heat.
    Cook noodles according to package directions.
    In an 8 1/2 x 11-inch baking pan, layer half of the noodles.
    Cover with 1/3 meat sauce, 1/2 Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cottage cheese.
    Repeat with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
