Hot Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    6 Tbsp. cocoa, divided
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    whipped cream or ice cream (optional)
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 3/4 c. hot water
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt.
    (Omit salt and baking powder, if using self-rising flour).
    Stir in milk, oil and vanilla until smooth. Spread in 9-inch
    square baking pan.
    Mix brown sugar and remaining cocoa.
    Sprinkle over batter.
    Pour hot water over all and do not stir.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
