Cold Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cubed chicken, cooked
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sliced celery
2 c. seedless grapes
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted (optional)
Preparation

Sprinkle lemon juice and salt over chicken; toss.
Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
Just before serving, add rest of ingredients to chicken.
Toss gently to combine all ingredients. Can be served on a large lettuce leaf.
Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
