Tomato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices white bread, cubed
    1/4 lb. butter
    2 c. tomato puree
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Cube bread; place in casserole.
    Pour melted butter over top. Combine and simmer for 10 minutes the tomato puree, salt and sugar; pour over bread.
    Bake one-half hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 4 to 5.
