Ingredients

1 small can evaporated milk
1/2 c. white sugar
2 3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vinegar
3 tsp. prepared mustard (dark brown)
1 c. oil
Preparation

Mix the first 5 ingredients.
Add the oil very slowly.
Keep heating until smooth. Serve with the cooked or baked ham.
