Chunk-Style Applesauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 large cooking apples, cored and sliced
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 to 1 c. sugar
Preparation

Put all ingredients into crock-pot.
Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
Ingredients can be adjusted, depending on the kind of apple used and the amount of applesauce wanted.
This freezes well for future use.
Mash with potato masher for a slightly smoother consistency.
