Mama'S Oven Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 qt. popped popcorn
    2 c. peanuts, shelled
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. white syrup (Karo)
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Heat butter, sugar, syrup and salt until bubbly.
    Continue cooking on medium heat for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add soda.
    Stir until foamy.
    Pour over corn and peanuts.
    Stir until all coated.
    Bake in 200\u00b0 oven, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Remove from oven and continue stirring until cool.
