Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. steamed rice
dash of nutmeg
Preparation

Separate eggs.
Beat yolks.
Add sugar, salt, milk, vanilla and rice.
Stiffly beat egg whites and fold into mixture.
Turn into baking dish.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake in a moderate 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
Serves 6.
