Chocolate Chip Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 c. Bisquick mix or Martha White Recip-Ease
    1/3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate mini morsels
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease muffin cups or use paper baking cups.
    Lightly beat egg.
    Add remaining ingredients except mini morsels.
    Stir just until moistened.
    Fold in mini morsels.
    Spoon into muffin cups.
    Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool a few minutes and brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
    Makes 12 muffins.
