Double-Cheese Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    8 oz. spaghetti
    1 c. cubed American cheese
    1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes with green chilies, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimientos
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    2 c. chopped cooked chicken
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add onion, celery and bell pepper. Boil until tender, about 10 minutes. Add pasta to pot. Cook until tender, about 10 minutes; drain.
