Rice Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Uncle Ben's specialty blend (wild blend)
    1 can consomme soup
    1 can French onion soup
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. blanched slivered almonds
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Boil 10 to 12 medium size sweet potatoes until tender.
    Cool, then peel.
    Cut into thin slices or chunks.
    Layer in large casserole (buttered) alternately:
    sweet potatoes, butter chunks (small), miniature marshmallows, ending with marshmallows.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven (covered) for 1/2 to 3/4 hour.
    If marshmallows have melted, add more for topping.
