Sugar-Free Fruit Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dates, pitted
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. prunes, pitted
    2 eggs
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt, allspice and cinnamon
    1/2 c. nuts (preferably walnuts)
    1 stick margarine
    1 to 2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Boil together dates, raisins, prunes and 1 cup water.
    When done, add margarine and vanilla; cool.
    Beat the eggs.
    Add cooled fruit mixture and the rest of the ingredients.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. (Real good for diabetics.)
