Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 stick oleo
    3/4 (1 stack) Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook broccoli per box instructions.
    Melt cheese and 1/2 oleo over low heat.
    Drain broccoli and add cheese mixture.
    Stir well.
    Crush crackers finely.
    Melt 1/2 oleo and stir in crackers. Put broccoli/cheese mixture in baking dish and add topping.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
