Ingredients

2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, separated
1 3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients into large bowl; add well beaten yolks and milk. Blend thoroughly; stir in oil. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; fold into batter. Bake in hot waffle iron until golden brown.
