Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. apples, chopped fine
1 c. nuts
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
Preparation

Cream oil, sugar and eggs.
Sift flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; add to mixture.
Add apples and nuts.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan; sprinkle butterscotch chips on top.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
