Ingredients

1 can pumpkin
2 pt. vanilla ice cream
2 large boxes instant vanilla pudding (5 1/4 oz. box)
couple pinches of pumpkin pie spice
2 frozen pie shells
Preparation

Bake pie shells and cool.
Mix by hand pumpkin and spice.
Add ice cream and mix well.
Add dry instant vanilla pudding and mix well.
Pour into cooled pie shells and spread with whipped topping.
Chill and serve.
