Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 zucchini
2 yellow squash
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp. Italian spices
1 can diced tomatoes
Preparation

Wash vegetables and cut into medium slices.
Place into a medium saucepan and cover with 1/2 cup of water. Bring to a boil for 10 minutes.
