Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Owens hot sausage
    3 c. cooked rice (1 c. raw rice makes 3 c.)
    3/4 c. celery
    1/2 c. bell pepper
    2 small to medium onions
    1 pkg. dry chicken noodle soup mix
    1 pkg. almonds
Preparation
    Fry sausage and drain grease.
    Steam celery, onions and bell peppers, until tender in butter.
    Prepare soup mix by directions, using 2 1/2 cups water.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Put 1/2 almonds in casserole dish.
    Sprinkle other half package of almonds on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
